We are currently recruiting for a Director for the Foreign Exchange Group / Financial Institutions Sales Desk

 

Profile Summary


•    Achieve profit target, by approaching actively FI clients like Central Banks, Supra Nationals, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Banks and Asset Managers, providing them with market information and solution proposals with a wide range of treasury products based on a series of clients’ analysis and provide the best service for customers with consideration of profitability and business promotion.
•    Materialize cross asset sales working together with Rates Sales team of Mizuho International Plc.
•    Develop new instruments and take leadership to on board new clients in collaboration with RMs to diversify and strengthen the foundation of our business.
•    Manage performance of teams and individual members in collaboration with Head of FI Sales Desk.


Duties and Responsibilities


Strategy and Target Achievement]
-    Understand the strategies and policies laid out in the Group business plan
-    Create business plan and build business based on the plan with entrepreneurship 
-    Share information within the Group and across other Groups within ETD and other centres of global markets company.
-    Achieve individual targets as agreed with Group Head

[Business Promotion]
-    Provide treasury products and service to clients with high standards of service for customer satisfaction
-    Materialize cross asset sales working together with Rates Sales team of Mizuho International Plc.
-    Communicate and co-operate well with market-making desks to secure consistent and competitive pricing for clients
-    Maintain close relationship with RMs to build and expand business
-    Research, development and introduce new products and new clients

 [Administration]
-    Control credit risk for FI clients appropriately along with agreements
-    Produce deal tickets and process the deals into systems correctly
-    Prepare reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) upon request

 

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience


-    Broad Fixed Income products knowledge (especially Rates Products), essential.
-    Macro Economic Knowledge
-    Solution Sales Skills, essential.
-    Skills to create business plan and build business based on the plan, essential
-    Skills to build strong relationship, essential.
-    Generic understanding of eFX market structure including major venues and client execution methods, essential
-    Good written and verbal communication skills, essential. 
-    Precise operation skills, essential.
-    Data analysis skills, desirable
