Your total reward comprises, as well as a competitive basic salary and annual performance related awards, a package of benefits which can be 'flexed' by you to suit your individual circumstances. Benefits include pension, private medical insurance, health assessments and other valuable offers as well as the ability to 'buy' or 'sell' days of annual holiday entitlement. And any part of your benefit allowance not used to make benefit selections can instead be taken as additional monthly salary.
