What is the opportunity?
- Achieve profit target, working closely with RM account officers, actively covering Financial Institutional clients ( Official Institutions and Bank Treasuries), providing them with information and trading ideas for a wide range of treasury products and always trying to provide the best service for customers with consideration of profitability and business promotion.
- Develop new instruments and customers to diversify and strengthen the foundation of our business.
- Assist the heads of Institutional Sales and MHBK Sales & Trading
What will you be doing?

- Understand the strategies and policies laid out in the Group business plan
- Share information within the Group and across other Groups within ETD and other centres of global market company.
- Achieve individual targets as agreed with Group Head
[Business Promotion]
- Provide treasury products and service to clients with high standards of service for customer satisfaction
- Communicate and co-operate well with market-making desks to secure consistent and competitive pricing for clients
- Maintain close relationship with RMs and FI FX team in Tokyo to approach clients
- Research, development and introduce new products and new customers
- Work closely, in a manner that is compliant with MHBK policies, with Mizuho Securities colleagues.
[Administration]
- Control credit risk for FI clients appropriately along with agreements
- Produce deal tickets and process the deals into systems correctly
- Prepare reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) upon request
What do you need to succeed?
- Broad Treasury products knowledge (especially Foreign Exchange), essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Precise operation skills, essential.
- Basic mathematical and system knowledge, desirable
