What is the opportunity?

Banking Business Strategy in Europe Department is responsible for the formulation of business strategy, business plan formulation and profit management for offices, and the business promotion of offices under the jurisdiction of EMEA. This position assists CEO for EMEA and ED management decisions on the responsible areas.

What will you be doing?

 •            Supporting MEO and ED management on your responsible area

•             Guiding and giving advices to front offices on your responsible area

•             Liaising with Head office and coordinate relevant offices among region

•             Achieving other tasks assigned by management

•             Collect, analyse and  presenting market information to senior management to support their strategical business decision.

What do you need to succeed?

•             Excellent knowledge of international banking business

•             Understanding the strategy and policy of Mizuho

•             Good presentation and communication skills

•             The Japanese language : High quality, the English language : Advanced

•             Handling data with great accuracy

•             Excellent PC (Excel, Power point, Market Data Vendor) skills

•             Efficient time management skills

•             Good teamwork and communication with colleagues in EMEA and Head office

•             Motivation to achieve relevant assignments solving difficulties for oneself

•             Fair and reasonable thinking to make recommendation to management

•             Desire to improve career and skills by learning
