What is the opportunity?

As a member of Credit Middle, you will be providing quality support on assessing & monitoring credit risk on EUCB1’s portfolio. The strong communication skill is essential as you will be communicating with various parties inside and outside the department as a mediator. The team is responsible to manage and submit various reports related to the credit risk and the bank and regulators’ policies so the attention to details, time management skill, basic Microsoft Office skills are also required.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing due date management reports to support Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers. 
  • Preparing the various reports to submit to Head Office and MD(GM).
  • Managing original documents.
  • Providing checks and approvals on various applications such as Credit Applications.
  • Coordinating and monitoring KYC regular review process.
  • Creating or updating new or existing procedures if necessary.
  • Taking care of Joiners and Leavers procedures.
  • Arranging trainings.
  • Taking care of any ad hoc duties.
  • Ordering stationaries.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of commercial banking is essential.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office User.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese.
  • Very good organisational and time management skills.
  • Very good communication skills both written and oral.
