Colleagues working in IT and Operations are fundamental to supporting our business and our ability to meet clients’ needs, and between them they fulfil a significant number of essential roles to help us prosper:

• From running and protecting our data management, client management, and accounting and financial systems, to providing us all with the      technical equipment and software we need to operate on a day-to-day basis, our IT teams are relied upon to support our business at all          levels.
• Our Operations teams fulfil the crucial role of undertaking all of the processing services required to deliver the best service to our clients,         from managing the booking, processing and settlement of financial transactions, to ensuring we send and receive information                           about these transactions in a secure, standardised and reliable environment.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes in an organisation like ours, but we are all working together to drive performance and ultimately ensure we offer the best service we can to our clients.
