Colleagues working in Audit, Compliance, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources and Legal are fundamental to supporting our business and our ability to meet clients’ needs, and between them they fulfil a significant number of essential roles to help us prosper, including but not limited to:

  • the continuous and independent review of our risk management, control, and governance processes to add value and improve our operations;
  • managing our compliance, regulatory and legal risks by establishing policies, conducting reviews, and monitoring all relevant legal and regulatory            requirements;
  • utilising a variety of accounting disciplines, financial and tax expertise to ensure adherence to regulatory and tax laws, as well as                                      provide performance results and management information;
  • managing all aspects of employment, from recruiting and welcoming new colleagues to ensuring our people are positioned, developed and                      supported to provide the best services our clients need;
  • overseeing key strategic projects, bringing together needs and capabilities so that expertise can be shared, solutions found, and resources allocated      to achieve collective strategies and objectives.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes in an organisation like ours, but we are all working together to drive performance and ultimately ensure we offer the best service we can to our clients.
