We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Operations Projects and Planning team.

 

The Operations Projects & Planning team support all projects that affect EIOD Operations.  Dependent on the size and nature of the project, involvement can be either at Operations work stream lead level to full end to end Project Manager.  Stakeholders can be from all areas of the bank. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and support the delivery of an extensive wide ranging book of project work.

 

Duties and Responsibilities


To support Director of EIOD Operations Projects & Planning team by way of:

• Delivering assigned projects, including without limitation, preparation of the project initiation document (PID), project plan (Gantt Chart), project organisation chart and RACI, plus other documents agreed in scope of the assigned project
• Effective communication to all stakeholders by way of regular reports and meetings as agreed in the project communication plan
• Ensuring projects are tracked against the schedule, budget and scope and escalating issues expediently
• Delivering End to End Test Strategy plans and successful completion of testing
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of the service provided by the Operations Projects & Planning team
• Ensuring compliance with all required Regulatory and Mandatory items


Qualifications, Skills and Experience


• Strong communication skill set both verbally and via presentation material.
• Strong Excel, Word, Powerpoint , Project and Visio knowledge
• Experience in delivering complex projects, with strong knowledge of both IT and Operations, plus capability to perform Test Manager function
• Strong End to End Test Phase Management experience
• Experience in supporting Management with strategic planning
• Experience working in Japanese bank a benefit
• Ability to converse and communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Completed PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or similar qualification
• Qualifications in Agile also beneficial
