We are recruiting for an Assistant in the Cash Management team


Profile Summary
The Cash Management team maintain and support London and European Branch’s for both Reconciliation of Nostro’s and Funding. 


Duties and Responsibilities


  •  Ensure that all Nostro account balances are utilized and Funded efficiently across EMEA Branches and closing balances remain with the levels set by Management    
  • Ensure that Nostro Accounts are reconciled timely and accurately across EMEA offices and that the Bank’s true position is reported and all unreconciled items are identified, allocated and pursued.
  • Identify failed Settlements and resolve promptly, reporting promptly to ‘Owning Department’ and Group Head); Minimise cost incurred by third party claims on Mizuho and reconcile Account and Overdraft Interest charges 
  • Actively participate with the team and ensure that processes and individuals sustain business demands
  • Ensure that all Daily & Weekly and Monthly Reports are submitted in accordance with Procedures and within timeframe set.                                                                                             
  • Engage with the development, cross training and morale within the Shared services Team

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent 
  • Great organisational and time management skills

  • Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
  • High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
